About Our Camp
Welcome to our Social-Emotional Learning Yoga Kids Camp!
We believe in the power of combining yoga and social-emotional learning to foster the holistic development of children. Our camp is designed to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where kids can explore the profound connection between their minds, bodies, and emotions while having a blast!
What sets our camp apart is our unique focus on social-emotional learning. We understand that children need more than just physical exercise—they need the tools and skills to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and cultivate a positive mindset. Through a combination of yoga, mindfulness practices, and engaging activities, we aim to empower children with the skills they need to thrive.
Here's what your child can expect at our Social-Emotional Learning Yoga Kids Camp:
1. Yoga and Mindful Movement: Our experienced instructors will guide your child through age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. These practices promote strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while instilling a sense of calm and inner peace.
2. Emotional Intelligence: We believe that emotional intelligence is crucial for children's overall well-being. Our camp is open to children aged 6-12. Whether your child is new to yoga or has some experience, our program is designed to accommodate all skill levels. Our certified instructors create a safe and supportive space where every child feels valued and encouraged.
